Thank you for being here 🥰
I’ve travelled through Ireland for 2 weeks, I traveled to Dublin and Howth, to Cork and Cobh and then to the Hill of Tara near Dublin. It has been such a magical journey 💫
In my hostel I cooked this meal & I can only recommend it if you want to make something tasty and fast:
Fussili pasta
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
3-4 tomatoes
olive oil
parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta in hot water and add some salt. Cut the onion, the garlic and the tomatoes into tiny pieces. Fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add the cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper and in the end the Parmesan cheese. Et voilà, enjoy 🍝
I’m so beyond grateful for my time in Ireland and all the experiences I’ve made 🥹❤️
And now I’m off to my next chapter in Spain 🇪🇸
