Nanba Walking is the traditional way of walking in Japan. It is completely different from the modern style of walking, which is based on Western methods of Physical Education. Moreover, Nanba Walking is super-efficient!

William Reed is a Professor at the International College of Liberal Arts (iCLA) at Yamanashi Gakuin University. He is also a Special Master Shihan in the Nanba Jutsu Association. He has a 10th-dan in Calligraphy, an 8th-dan in Aikido, and a 2nd-dan in Iaido.
