Qualified P5 on 49 teams but during the first few laps I was pushed wide several times and lost 15 places. Then things quiet down a bit and I managed to put in consistent fast laps and get myself back to P6 at the first pitstop around 50 minutes in. Unfortunately there was (again) a bit of a traffic jam in the pits and I lost an extra 10 seconds because of that. Finished P8 but without that extra 10 secs it would have been P5. Got the fastest lap in my first stint which was only 8 hundreds from the fastest lap at the end of the race.
We'll learn from our mistakes and come back better next time. Enjoy.
