083 - Work and Power

In this video Paul Andersen explains how the work is a product of the external force applied to an object or system and the distance it moves. Power is a measure of the amount of work done per unit time. The work can be calculated as the area under a curve in a Force-Distance curve. In gases the work is determined as the area under a Pressure-Volume curve.
