So in this After Effects tutorial, learn how to create amazing cinemagraphs with your video clips. Creating cinemagraphs from video could not be any easier. First, we suggest to try to get footage locked on a tripod. Then by using mask, we can easily stop certain portions of a clip and keep others in motion.
