“When E & D asked me to design their dream wedding with just two months until the big day, they envisioned a celebration that embraced the timeless beauty of Villa Balbiano on the western shore of Lake Como. The iconic venue provided the perfect canvas for my team and I at The Wedding Planners of Monaco to create something truly extraordinary.
Drawing inspiration from the couple’s striking baby blue eyes and the graceful lines of Italian feminine beauty, I curated a showstopping ceremony that became the coup de théâtre of the entire event. The curved aisle, framed by an ombré palette of blue hydrangeas and delphiniums, led to a grand white floral arch suspended above a mirrored stage. The reflections of the flowers and sky created an ethereal atmosphere that seamlessly blended into the shimmering lake. The moment they shared their first kiss, a carefully studied explosion of rainbow-hued daytime fireworks lit up the sky—an unforgettable highlight of the day.
Every detail—from the picturesque outdoor ceremony to the chic, elegant evening entertainment—was thoughtfully designed to reflect the enchanting charm of Lake Como. This celebration truly embodied the essence of a luxury wedding in Italy.”
