In this live-stream I show you the damage by a black rain storm which has thrown more rain down last night than since records began. In this short walk we see the flooding and destruction on my walk to buy some milk!
"The Observatory issued its first Black Rainstorm Warning in two years, saying it recorded an hourly rainfall of over 158 millimetres between 11pm on Thursday and midnight, the highest since records began in 1884."
