biosensors are analytical devices which measure concentration of an analyte. in this biological material interact with an analyte this interaction produce some physical and detectable changes which is measured and converted into electrical signal by a transducer.
finally the electrical signal is amplified interpreted and displayed as an analyte concentration in the solution or preparation.
an analyte is a compound whose concentration is to be determined. analyte means any substance object which we use for analysis it can be molecule protein toxin peptides vitamin sugar metal ions urine blood sample extractor by receptors or by molecules are antibody and science cells and polymer transducer are the compound which generate different type of signal like optical signal, electrical signal, electrochemical signal, thermal signal , magnetic signal, pressure signal etc.
