In Story No. 05 of my slow living silent vlog journey we´ll taking you with us on an average productive saturday. We´ll building some nest boxes and enjoy freshly baked waffles.

INSTRUCTIONS NESTING BOXES

RECIPE WAFFLES
3 eggs
100g melted butter
250ml milk
250 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
powdered sugar
Waffle maker

Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter together. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in until the mixture is viscous.

Make a test waffle.
If it cracks: add flour
If it gets too stiff: add milk
Mine were a bit stiff, but still tasty.
