WHICH ONE IS THE BEST???
Enjoy 8 minutes of non stop honking by railway locomotives and in the end tell me which one is your favourite.
Indian Railways has a variety of different locomotives, electric and diesel both, and listening to their horns is music to the ears of some people. I am one of those people who loves to hear the horns of trains and thus I decided it's high time I put together a compilation of horns.
Seen here in the video, is an 8 minute compilation of about 40 different horns of different locomotives. These are videos I have captured over the years, some of them being 2018 while a few go back to 2012 and 2013. Some have been shot on my old camera and phone so the quality may not be that good. However the sound of the horns is unmistakable.
Some of the electric locomotives in the video include WAP-4, WAP-5, WAP-7, WCAM-2, WCAM-3, WCAG-1, WAG-5 and WAG-7 while some of the diesel locomotives are WDM-3, WDG-3, WDP-4 and WDG-4. The trains include normal passenger and express, Rajdhani Express, Duronto Express, Shatabdi Express, Garib Rath Express, etc as well as freight trains.
So turn up the speakers to full volume and enjoy the honking show and don't hesitate to like and share and please do comment which horn you liked the best.
