Today’s nautical news comes from Saint-Mandrier, South of France, where Catana Group is unveiling Seaty Office — a Category C catamaran, measuring 11.99 meters by 4.49 meters. But she is more than just a boat: she is also a floating habitat, presented here in its office configuration, designed for marine industry professionals.
She offers 77 square meters of living and working space, featuring two identical offices at the stern, a kitchenette, a spacious meeting room, and toilets — either two separate restrooms or one with a shower. There’s also a 20-square-meter terrace, easily accessible from the main area.
The finish is notable, especially with natural cork paneling on the exterior walls.
What makes Seaty Office remarkable is its energy self-sufficiency: she is equipped with a 4 kWh photovoltaic system capable of capturing both sunlight and UV rays. She is also self-sufficient in water, thanks to an onboard desalination system, and includes a wastewater treatment unit for black and grey water.
Seaty Office is offered at €96,000 excluding tax.
