🎃 Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Dough (with 200 ml milk)
Ingredients:
200 ml warm milk (about 110°F / 43°C)
2¼ teaspoons (7 g) active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar (for activating yeast)
1 large egg
½ cup (120 g) pumpkin puree
¼ cup (50 g) melted butter
3½ cups (around 450 g) all-purpose flour (start with 3 cups and add more as needed)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for a warm pumpkin flavor)

🧡 Instructions:
1. Activate the yeast:
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, sprinkle yeast over the top, stir gently, and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl (or mixer bowl), whisk together the egg, pumpkin puree, and remaining sugar.
Add the activated yeast mixture.
3. Add dry ingredients:
Mix in salt and 3 cups of flour.
Stir until a soft dough forms.
Gradually add more flour (up to ½ cup) if the dough is too sticky — it should be soft, slightly tacky but not sticking to your hands.
4. Knead:
Knead by hand or with a dough hook for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. First rise:
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours, until doubled in size.
6. Shape the rolls:
Roll the dough into a rectangle (~40×30 cm).
Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with a mix of brown sugar + cinnamon (about ½ cup brown sugar + 1–2 tsp cinnamon).
Roll up tightly and slice into 9–12 rolls.
7. Second rise:
Place rolls into a greased pan, cover, and let rise for 30–45 minutes, until puffy.
8. Bake:
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden.

✨ Glaze Icing (Light and Transparent)
Ingredients:
½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons whipping cream (or water)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
