BMW S1000R - WUNDERLICH TOURING SCREEN REVIEW
Verdict: An easy to install, nice looking, affordable windscreen that will cut wind blast and helmet wind buffeting by about 50%. There is significantly more wind noise with the screen than without.
Wunderlich offers a "sport" screen, a "touring" screen, and a "marathon" screen. The "sport" screen is the best looking windshield I've seen for the S1000R, but it's a little small. The "marathon" is huge, but looks like it would be very effective at blocking the wind. I compromised and got the middle option, the "touring" screen.

"Easy installation using tools that came with the bike. Most windshields ruin the look of a bike. This looks pretty good, in my opinion. This is the windiest road in my town. Usually the wind blast on this road wants to pull my helmet off. I notice at least a 50% reduction in wind blast to my body and helmet, even at high speeds. No question , you will still feel the wind. But it's much better than without the windscreen."
