HEY HOLLYWOOD! Bigger Budgets DON’T MEAN Better Movies!

After the release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny we all wondered. WHY. Besides the story and how the character was treated, when we found out that Indiana Jones 5 had a budget of about $300 Million dollars our jaws DROPPED. But this is a trend in Hollywood that is begging to become a problem. Hollywood's Budget Obsession is destroying movies.
When Lucasfilm put out this new Indiana Jones movie it seems they expected to make their money back. on the opening weekend the movie Dial of Destiny only brought in about $150 Million, which is not bad if the budget was a lot lower. So where is all this money going in these new Hollywood films?
For comparison Peter Jackson and George Lucas made the ENTRIE Lord of the Ring trilogy for about $280 Million, The same goes for the original Star Wars trilogy. So why is it that with these insane Hollywood Budgets we are watching the franchises and movies we love get destroyed?
