Complete Motorcycle Brake System Service & Malossi Upgrades! : TMAX 500 Service Series Part 9

In this video series, I'll be replacing the fuel pump assembly and doing routine maintenance to my 2011 Yamaha TMAX 500. The service manual recommends a major service every 12,000 miles and a valve clearance check at 26,600 miles. My TMAX is at almost 28,000 miles, and the last major service was at 12,000 miles, so it's time to dig in.

In part 9 I'm inspecting the brake system and upgrading a lot of it with Malossi parts. Brake disc replacement, sintered brake pads, braided stainless steel brake hoses, caliper seals, brake fluid change, and bleeding brakes. Thickness and deflection checks for rotors, checking pads and hoses plus wheel bearing and seal checks and replacement and brake lever pivot lubrication. Use the chapters to quickly find whatever you need.
