I've got my podcasting setup so now what? | Basic Editing

Now that I've got the best podcast setup, how do I get the files from the recorder and where to I put them to upload for streaming?

In this how-to I'm going to be discussing some very BASIC information about file formats like .wav files and .mp3 files, and where to edit this so that you can upload them for your listeners.
