Otakon is an annual three-day anime convention held in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. This year was Otakon's 30th anniversary! In this video we go to the Honkai Star Rail gathering, attend the Flow Concert, Meet Maxwell Mittelman , and check out Gaming Hall, Dealers Hall, and Artist Alley!
