THE LUIGI SPECIAL!!
This one compare Luigi with most of his actions in the gameplay (no castle destroy cutscenes) from Original, All-Stars and GBA version.
There are 2 different pitches in either SNES versions because they were done on different emulators (To record and produce this video).
The basic principle goes like this:
--- Luigi Run
Luigi Win
Luigi Yoshi Win
Luigi Slide
Luigi Swim
Luigi Climb
The order is Small-Fire and Cape
After the cape clips are done it shows these 4 set of clips which are:
Running along a vertical wall,
Multi block coin,
Yoshi's Swallow Attack
and Luigi's Death.

Compare either SNES Luigi to the GBA Luigi by these areas:
Fireball Bounce height.
Running Speed
Enemy in Yoshi's Mouth
Hitting a Multi Coin Block
Acsending boost from cape glide.
The air time when Luigi Jumps (Capeless)
-Not Showned but GBA Luigi skids quite longer making it harder to control.
