When I first reviewed notebook therapy, as you will see in the video, the review wasn't the greatest. As a 160gsm notebook it still bled and ghosted and while you can see some bleeding in this video too the review was far better than the first time around!

Today I am reviewing the Notebook Therapy Matcha, A5 notebook. The ‘Matcha' Limited Edition Tsuki 160GSM Bullet Journal has a fabric cover and a foil design. This is a 160gsm dot grid notebook, designed in Japan and shipped from China.

The basic elements of the book comes with:
160 GSM ultra-thick, bright white paper
Flat lay design
Hand-crafted linen cover
Elastic band closure + 2 bookmark ribbons (no pen loop though!)
Available in original (135mm x 195mm), A5 (145x210mm) and B5 sizes ( 176mm x 250mm)
Back storage pocket, with free gift
