Found a wagon while slaughtering some livestock in Valentine. Then I came up with an idea..
Estimated earnings are $20-$35 in 5-10min depending on the quantity and quality of the livestock you sell in one run. You can actually put up to 4 pigs or 5 sheeps on the wagon. I did this on an empty lobby tho.. but if you have a partner, you can go for a 50/50 at the bigger sheep farm in the middle of the town. Make him fight the lawmen while you do the livestock slaughtering and vice versa. Or just form a whole posse and invade all the farm in Valentine. lol
IMPORTANT: Take note of the proper positioning of the wagon especially near the butcher! Or else your wagon and/or carcasses might disappear into thin air! Happened to me a few times. Just don't park it on the middle of the road.
PROTIP: You can save a considerable amount of time by skipping the skinning animation. You can do this by putting all the carcasses first on the wagon. Then proceed to skin them just like what I did at 2:31.
