【策展論述】
蘋果是蘋果，香蕉是香蕉，然而為什麼「藝術是人權」？我們拿「藝術」來隱喻「人權」，用一事物來描述另一事物，兩個不同的事物在同一時間被並列、對照，沒有哪個在先、哪個在後的問題。「時間意識」是它們兩者間的共同點。當我們提出「藝術是人權」時，我們反問的是：創造的意識和人權的意識是否皆是「時間意識」的反射？是否都從「看見」開始？藝術不描述未來，而是以「預言」進場。它找到形式，顯影了沒看過的世界。藝術不解讀現實，而是「直觀」現實。它允許直接感受，超越語言與邏輯。藝術不重述歷史，而是讓事件成為「敘事」。它從個人經驗出發，開啟集體意識的辨識。藝術本身就是一種人權的存在形式。它不是人權的附屬，也不是人權的舉例。它讓人看見、感受、思考，讓我們在每天的日常裡，因察覺而坦然。當我們說「藝術是人權」時，是因為它預言、直觀、敘事。

【Curatorial Discussion】
An apple is an apple, a banana is a banana, so why do we say “Art is Human Rights”? We use "art" as a metaphor for "human rights", one thing is used to describe another. Two different things are placed side by side and compared at the same time, there is no question of which comes first or which comes later. What they have in common is the “time consciousness”

When we say “Art is Human Rights”, we are asking in return: Is the creation consciousness and the human rights consciousness both a reflection of the time consciousness? Do they both begin with the act of seeing? Art does not describe the future, it enters through prophecy. It discovers a form that reveals a world that has not yet been seen.
Art does not interpret reality, but rather "intuitively" perceive it. It allows for direct sensation, beyond language and logic. Art does not retell history, it turns events into narrative. It begins with personal experience, opening the identification of collective consciousness.

Art itself is a mode in which human rights exist. It is not an accessory to human rights, nor its for example. Art enables seeing, feeling, thinking; allowing us, in the everyday, to become aware and thus at ease. So when we say “Art is Human Rights,” it is because art “predicts, intuits, and narrates“.
