Ingredients:- (સામગ્રી)
● 2 sweet corns (500 grams) (અમેરિકન મકાઈ)
● 3 tbsp peanut oil (શીંગતેલ)
● 1 tsp mustard seeds (રાય)
● 1 stalk curry leaves (મીઠો લીમડો)
● 6 to 7 green chillies (લીલાં મરચાં)
● 1/4 tsp asafoetida (હિંગ)
● 1 whole dried red chilli (સૂકું લાલ મરચું)
● 1 tbsp ginger paste (આદુની પેસ્ટ)
● 1/4 tsp turmeric (હળદર)
● salt to taste (મીઠું)
● 1/2 cup milk (દૂધ)
● 1 tsp sugar (ખાંડ)
● 1 tsp lemon juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
● 3 tbsp grated fresh coconut (તાજું છીણેલું નાળિયેર)
● 3 tbsp coriander leaves (લીલાં ધાણા)
◆ For garnish (ગાર્નિશ માટે)
● Nylon Sev (નાયલોન સેવ)
● Pomegranate seeds (દાડમ)
● Freshly grated coconut (તાજું ખમણેલું નાળિયેર)
