Today, Tom visits Holmes Mercedes in Shreveport, Louisiana to take a close look at the 2020 Mercedes S-Class S 560.

2020 Mercedes S-Class S 560 has high reviews and with good reason. For 2020, the S-560 has some changes but also comes with the same quality of ride, elegance, technology, and performance of previous years.

New for 2020 is the S-560e, a plugin hybrid version. I hope to make a full video with the 560e when one is available to me. Another change for 2020 comes in the form of being able to control some vehicle systems via voice command.

There are several engine options available including the 4.0 biturbo V8 found under the hood of the S-560 in today’s video. The S-class Mercedes also comes with a a 362-horsepower, twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 for the S450, the S560 and Maybach S560 use a 463-hp, twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8, and the Maybach S650 has a 621-hp, twin-turbo 6.0-liter V-12.

The interior is plush and high tech with a phenomenal combination of comfort and technology allowing for customization that seems endless for many interior options. The ride of the S-class is smooth regardless of road surface, something not always found in similar vehicles. You will also find a massage function as an added bonus that works effectively to soothe sore muscles.

One trait that sets a luxury sedan apart from many other vehicles on the road is a quiet cabin. The S-Class is a model citizen in this area as its cabin noise is greatly minimized as you will discover in our test drive in the video.

Buyers can expect a price range between $91,250 - $232,550 depending on options and trim levels.
