Foxtrot was probably an eye-opener of an album for anyone who thought Mike Rutherford's skill was mainly retuning 12-string guitars; his bass playing, especially on Get 'Em Out, is amazing, not just for speed but in the subtleties of space/rests.

I'm confident of the accuracy of this, odd or bum notes notwithstanding. The fast semiquavers with slurs are there, timing-wise, but they're hammer-on (or at least fret-hand) figures rather than pick-hand articulations.

Small notes at the bottom of the stave are pedal notes. Mike loves a pedal.

There's some nice interweaving of 12/8 and 6/4 time sigs; when the 3/4 comes in I decided not to score as 9/8 because it's a subtle swing rather than a strict compound time sensibility.

Key signatures are tonal – A major, A minor, B minor and D minor, so pay attention. Having said that, the C sharp at 05:26 should be C natural – my mistake – but it's over so quickly anyway.
