EMPIRE | The Monster Trio [AMV]

Ah, the monster trio. Fan faves, powerful, smooth bastards, all three of them. Truly a force, and I am so excited for where they're headed in the future!

Honestly was feeling a bit uninspired to edit lately. My life has drastically changed from what it was in a span of a couple short months, and it's taken me a bit to adjust. One Piece and my other series I love were put on the backburner as real life smacked me in the face. However, nothing inspires me in quite the way that One Piece can. After just kind of skimming the chapters as they've been coming out the last few months, it was these new Wano episodes and an AMAZING edit by my friend Giano (maybe you've heard of him ;)) called the King's Ship that really brought me back into the fold again. I reread Wano to really get the feel again. I started rereading the manga in its entirety and it just truly is able to help me in ways I can't describe. Themes of freedom and companionship and self love and hope, things that are imperative to the human condition and things that I am beginning to truly understand in my own life. It's amazing, it's perfect. I love this series with all my heart, and Luffy, Zoro and Sanji as characters contribute very much as to why. Anyways, dramatic interlude over. This is the opposite of the mood of this edit, which is supposed to showcase senseless badassery and hype. Rewatching this has me thinking I definitely could have done better on the latter half for sure, but oh well. I tried :P

I have quite a few edits started, but they're not too far along as of now. I am especially excited for one BIG one I'm working on about the true meaning of freedom on this series. My last couple months have really inspired it, and I'm excited to share it with you all.

Also, this PC I'm using right now is utter garbage. Takes about 20 minutes just to open a Vegas document, and about 10 times that to render 30 seconds. It's a process and it's horrible, honestly. Seriously, the final product might be all right, but the creation process is one ugly son of a bitch. I'm sure my other fellow editors (especially Vegas Pro editors) can relate.
