I used a fume board this time to extract honey from my bees. What a huge time saver! It was wonderful not having to fight any bees while removing the honey supers. It made the entire job much more enjoyable, faster and easier. I used Bee Quick fumigant. I really like the smell and how quickly it works. I purchased the fume board and Fischer's Bee Quick from Dadant beekeeping supplies. If you haven't extracted honey using a fume board I would really recommend it. You will enjoy the process much more.
