A detailed, easy-to-follow tutorial on how to make the most well-known helmet in the Star Wars universe! Even if you’ve never done anything like this before, I guarantee you’ll be able to make it! If you have a question about the process, especially the face part, first check out my AT-AT Driver and TIE Pilot Helmet tutorials, as they follow a very similar procedure and can help you find the answer.
I should add that the armor is also made of EVA foam, although I don't have a tutorial video for it yet.
