Today we're making a cheese twist on a classic dish
This is my cheese tonkatsu recipe!
This food was trending in Korea for a while, and certain restaurants still have lines down the street for it.
In case you don't have time to get it at a restaurant, here is my recipe so you can have it at home!

INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE ▹
INGREDIENTS
Mozzarella cheese (low moisture block)
Pork chops
Garlic
Salt
Panko bread crumbs
Eggs
RECIPE
Cut cheese into rectangles
Pound pork into a thin sheet
Season pork with garlic and salt
Wrap cheese in pork sheet. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge
Dredge pork cutlets in egg, and then mix in breadcrumbs
Fry cutlets in oil on medium heat
After about 10+ minutes, remove cutlets and place on paper towel
Cut into cutlet and enjoy the cheesy pork tonkatsu!
