ROYAL ICING
・ Light Brown: Yellow (by Magic Colours) + a touch of Chocolate (by Magic Colours)

PASTILLAGE RECIPE
・ 300g powdered sugar / icing sugar
・ 1 tbsp CMC gum powder (tylose)
・ Up to ¼ cup of water
Mix the sugar and CMC gum powder and add the water little by little until it becomes a firm dough. Do not add all in one go, do not add too much water.
Leave for 24 hours before use in room temperature. Do not store in the fridge
