The first command I show is to add the strike tag to anything within the radius of an arrow except for shulkers
The second one is to summon what you wanna throw at the mobs with the strike tag
If you want them to explode do this command execute at @e[tag=falling_block] if entity @e[r=5 ,type=strike] run summon ender_crystal
Then do damage @e[type=ender_crystal] 1
