Detail shot showing how the bidirectional station works. Each station track has a contact track and a signal in the middle. Each signal controls two insulated stop sections in each end of its track. The station thereby only requires one signal and one contract piece per track. The contact track switches the track signal to red and the neighbour signal to green, releasing the next train. The turnouts are controlled through the signal catenary connectors.
