Born in 2022 from a naive ambition to reproduce John Carpenter's horror soundtracks without truly mastering instruments, Horrible quickly metamorphosed into something else. Facing the urgency of a first gig and the evidence of our technical limitations, improvisation imposed itself as the only possible path.
What was meant to sound like an eighties nightmare drifted toward psychedelic space rock territories. Our method remains unchanged: total improvisation over minimalist structures, hypnotic 8/4 rhythms, tonalities defined by bass drones, and intertwined harmonic leads.
