Three friends go River Flying

My friends and I flew the Fraser Valley Gravel bars on the way to Sandpiper Golfing resort for lunch in our Piper Cubs. Two Super Cub and one J3 Cub on Alaskan Bushwheels. This video is a little more pilot focused, we’ll talk about techniques and stories about how I met these good friends of mine. Backcountry flying is the most freeing flying you can do but it takes practice so we do that regularly. I’ll be adding some input and tips along the way, things I like to pass on to students when I’m doing tailwheel and backcountry checkouts/training. Cheers
