The Reality of High ISO Photography Put To The Test

Recently I've been using higher ISO in some of my images and I've started to wonder, where are the limits, especially with a micro four thirds camera (that is supposed to be weak at high ISO). So I decided to investigate further, what is the reality of High ISO Photography and how can I put it to the test.

The results are, I think, quite interesting.
