Our off-grid camping adventure photos and tour of our Sprinter 170-EXT Class B motorhome conversion. Purchased new as a cargo van, then spent 1,500 hours self design and build labor. Bulkheads, railing trim, battens, and are all teak as well as a teak and holly cabin sole - trim similar to our Cape Dory sailboat. Features 30"x 80" full length bunks, 9' of galley counter space, Vitrifrigo refrigerator/freezer, a large deep galley sink, Espar Diesel Heater, Fiama awning, Airexcel air conditioner, all china RV Toilet, swivel front seats, CRL 28% tint RV windows, and lots of odds and ends. The rig sports 500 Watts of solar PV panels and LiFePO4 batteries, 3000 Watt inverter, 35 gallons fresh water, 30 gallons grey water and 25 gallons black water tankage. We have traveled extensively and enjoyed the size and ease of movement with the van.
