Let's explore how to use SIM900A GSM Module to send SMS and Phone Call using AT Commands. We'll use USB-to-RS232 adapter/cable to connect SIM900A GSM Module with Computer. We can also use USB-UART Bridge instead along with PuTTY Terminal Software. In this lesson, we'll start with AT commands to test first if module works? and later we'll use advance AT Command to perform following tasks:
1. GSM Module Testing
2. Send & Read SMS thorugh GSM Module
3. Make a phone call and receive incoming call
4. Find out Network operator
5. Hangs up the Call
