Customer Service or Scam? The Reality of Timeshare Owner Calls

Doing a little phishing today for my cousin who was getting phone calls from a scammer so I thought I would check it out. Let me know what you think, if they called you or if you think the Timeshare call is a scam call center. It is associated with Wyndham Timeshares. I think the numbers they are calling are for people who went to visit a timeshare, not necessarily own it, and they are trying to get them to buy in. I also think that the first call center employee who answered gets a commission and was concerned about wasting his time, and the second person who answered was helpful and wanted to provide good service.
