⬇️ How to make stunning ravioli using leftover pasta dough.
📕 Instructions:
1. Cut the leftover pasta doughs into strips and mash them together.
2. Cut the dough into 5 mm (0.08 in) thick slices and place them side by side.
3. Gently flatten them with a rolling pin, trim the excess and roll out to 1.2 mm (0.04 in) thick.
4. Prepare your favorite pasta shape.
🔔 Pro tip: When kneading rotate the dough in the same direction to obtain a better pattern.
