RULES
Roads at Objective locations and parking lots are "allowed"
If Runner touches a road, they must take hands off controls and stay still until knocked off the road.
Momentum can carry the runner across the road

Everyone has Mini-map OFF
Player Overhead Display is OFF so names don't show up over cars
Runner has a 5 second head start
Runner must complete all objectives and end at final location to win
Hunters must destroy the runners vehicle to win using any method besides shooting and meleeing the vehicle
Runner can use each LS Customs ONCE for one upgrade and one repair
Runner be call their car back if impounded by police (amount of times TBD)
Everyone can use atomizer to unstuck their car
Hunters should not use any weapons unless shooting civilian drivers
