This recipe of Instant Mawa/Khoya is a quick fix to all these problems. It gets ready in just 10 minutes and is a life saver when you want to make barfis, pedas, ladoos, halwas, mawa cake or even gulab jamuns at home without compromising on the taste.
Ingredients:
200 g milk powder/dairy whitener
250 ml fresh cream (you could use milk too, refer tips)
