Swaging Aluminium ferrules without machine or budget.
So we tried all kinds of things
👉 Opposed 2 saddles of a wire clamp and ground them down.
👉 A monier's pliers in the vise
👉 The wire clamp directly in the vise
👉 Tighten with a wire clamp with nuts.
The above did very well, although the tensile strength will not be maximum. The pressing looks pretty good.
