I find it interesting that in the Wikipedia page for Lincoln Park, the intro presents it as a beautiful, fun urban park for all ages. Then once you get to the history section you learn that it used to be called "Cemetery Park," which was eventually condemned due to sanitation concerns. Thanks to the work of Pamela Bannos, we now know a little bit more about the creepy history (and likely present) of the park.
