Hi Guys,
This is a requested video by a worker who first time to handle bolt former machine. ( question ) " How to properly put the molds ( Die ) in the bolt former machine? , I have always broken the Mold Bolt Lock, which is the right size of molds to run smooth...
Molds Size must be Longer to Shorter.
#1 Mold - 121.56
#2 Mold - 121.24
#3 Mold - 121.21
#4 Mold - 120.41
#5 Mold - 120.00
Always Lock the - Upper Bolt Lock First,
before locking the bottom Bolt Lock, and ensure Molds will Not Move and prevent Bolt Lock from Braking
Be SURE always have a GAP on Back Pusher before Locking it.
always use Clutch when testing.
