우리는 작년 5월, 건축가 출신 프로그래머 이신후와 협력하여 '오직 AI 만을 이용하여 한국 공공건축 설계공모 도전하기'라는 대담한 실험을 하였습니다. AI가 건축가의 역할을 위협하는 시대에, 우리는 이 기술을 의도적으로 남용해보기로 했습니다. 건축가의 성역으로 여겨졌던 컨셉을 브레인스토밍하는 단계에서부터 투시도와 설계설명서까지, 오직 AI만을 사용였는데요.

Narrative Architects(Namin Hwang, Sihong Kim), in collaboration with programmer Sinhoo Lee, have embarked on a bold experiment: submitting a proposal for a Korean public architecture competition using only AI. In an era where the role of architects is challenged by AI, we decided to fully embrace this technology. From brainstorming concepts to creating stunning perspectives, we utilized tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Rhino Python exclusively.
