It was a long holiday weekend and KSRTC bus terminal was bustling with people trying to reach their respective destination. We reached our platform and waited for our bus to show up for its schedule at 21:52. The bus made its way through traffic and arrived 20mins before teh departure time
The route of the bus was via Tumkur-Chitradurga- Channagiri
We departed 10mins late as we negotiated through traffic of Bangalore city before joining NH-48. This was a no dinner break service and hence we started to cover ground quickly as traffic started to ease out on the highway
Due to ongoing work at certain stretches of the highway, traffice was slow around those corners however, the bus maintained a steady speed crossing chitradurga heading towards Shivmogga.
We were dropped off in Shivmogga Bus stand by appox 03:15AM.
