Shot on the JVC GR-SXM265U S-VHS camcorder (released in 2003), recorded to Digital 8 via Sony TRV120 using a S-VIDEO cable, then captured via FireWire. The only difference from the previous video is the addition of a Celluloid LUT and music from Evening Telecast (Fading Into Obscurity).
I immediately deinterlaced via HandBrake, then edited on Kdenlive and upscaled on export. You can definitely see the famed 400 lines of resolution of the S-VHS format! The original 59.94i frame rate was preserved, achieving virtual 60p. The motion resolution is perfect.
