The ministry for defense and veteran affairs budget has been reduced from 4.7 trillion 2024/25 financial year to 4.3 trillion 2025/26 financial year and members of parliament on the defense committee wonder how the increasing demands of the forces will be met.
The permanent secretary ministry of defense and veteran affairs Edith Butuuro says they will work with what is available and if they fail, they return and ask for a supplementary.
