The Three Cultures Foundation has formed part of the 4th Edition of the ALFinMOTION mobility programme through the project Hands-on. Thanks to the European funds provided by the Anna Lindh Foundation citizens from Morocco and Spain have been working together in Seville, Spain, for a period of two months. The Moroccan embroiderer Nouhaila Mezrhab has been invited to develop a co-creation with the collective #tejedorasdelmuelledelasal. This young embroiderer, who travelled for the first time out of her own country, has been able to approach the typical Andalusian embroidery on silk through the non-for-profit women association Entre Mantones y Sedas in Espartinas, province of Seville, where a collective exhibition of all the works produced was organized thanks to the support of Espartinas Town Hall. The project was also presented in the XIX edition of the Andalusian Fashion Week in Seville. This initiative has been an opportunity to mix people from different backgrounds and ages, as well as to join the city and the countryside. The project was held in close collaboration with the Fadila El Gadi Foundation founder of the École de Broderie in Salé, Morocco.
