▢ 200g light brown sugar, packed (1 cup)
▢ 100g granulated sugar (½ cup)
▢ 2 large eggs (100g total without shells)
Dry Ingredients
▢ 375g all-purpose flour (3 cups)
▢ 3g cornstarch (1 tsp)
▢ 3.5g baking soda (¾ tsp)
▢ 3g salt (½ tsp)
Mix-ins
▢ 150g semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
▢ 100g white chocolate chips (½ to ¾ cup)
▢ 260g chopped Oreo cookies (about 20 cookies)
