前回の動画で多摩湖自転車道路を走り終え、いよいよメインイベントである多摩湖（村山貯水池）の周回コースに入ります。

東京と埼玉の境に位置するこの貯水池は、都会の交通渋滞から抜け出してリフレッシュできる最高の場所です。この動画では、適度なアップダウンと豊かな緑、そして美しい湖の景色が楽しめる外周コースをご案内します。集中してトレーニングするにも、リラックスして流すにも、西東京エリアで最高のスポットの一つです。

Welcome to Part 2 of my commute ride!

After completing the Tamako Jitensha Dori (Cycling Road) in the previous video, we’ve arrived at the main event: The loop around Tama Lake (Murayama Reservoir / 多摩湖).

This reservoir, situated on the border of Tokyo and Saitama, offers a refreshing escape from the city traffic. In this video, I take you along the perimeter path which features rolling terrain, lush greenery, and stunning views across the water. It is one of the best spots in western Tokyo for a focused training ride or a relaxing cruise.
